With smooth shopping interface, mind blowing offers, heavy discounts, quick product delivery, superb customer support and easy return policies, flipkart was dominating the Indian Ecommerce industry facing a negligible competition. During the course of time flipKart has grown its huge customer base.

In recent times, flipkart started taking their customers for granted. Every now and then, flipkart buyers have enormous complaints. But flipkart is not able to deliver a quality support. As a result, frustated customers tend to choose uncommon platforms to raise the issues.

Recently, a flipkart user raised his issue via linkedIn platform.

The customer purchased a product (laptop) almost a month back (14/Oct/2017) during Big Billion Sale. And as suggested by Flipkart, the expected delivery date was 16/Oct/2017. However, the delivery date got pushed to 17/Oct, then 19th, 23rd and so on.

The customer had been following up with Flipkart for the past 25 days only to hear about some logistic issue that they've been facing since 19th/Oct. He even suggested that he would go and pick up the laptop if there is a logistic problem, but "No, can't do" was the answer that he got.

Every 3rd day Flipkart used to tell him to wait for 3 days for the issue to get resolved. However, on 13th Nov, the customer was told to cancel the order and reorder again as flipkart was not getting an update from the logistics department. When he asked about availing the same offer when reordering the product, the reply again was, "No, can't do".

Finally he took this matter to linkedIn and asked if someone at Flipkart (incl Sachin Bansal & Binny Bansal) who can actually do something and help him getting the product delivered for real, instead of making claptrap excuses.

Meanwhile a linkedIn employee, requested not to bring such discussions to linkedIn via his comment and got slammed by the users badly.

As soon as flipkart's linkedIn image got hampered, it got awakened and started working on the issue. According to the last report, flipkart has solved the issue. Social Media Rocks!

Dear FlipKart, you still have time. Do not make us drift towards other platforms. And Mr. LinkedIn employee, please do not get trolled next time by doing such stupid request.
